When I entered the waiting room, I was invited to sit down
and to wait for about ten minutes. I was given some magazines. Then, a man
arrived. He was asked to wait in the waiting room with other patients. He
wanted a cigarette, but was not allowed to smoke. As he got angry, he was shown
the smoking notice stuck on the wall.
